Police are investigating the death of a 30-year-old man in Wairoa this morning.
Police were called to a residential address in Tuai, Wairoa at 3am this morning to find a man had died.
A person of interest is being spoken to by police and they are also talking to witnesses to the incident.
No other person is being sort in relation to what happen police says.
