On 18th March 2017 at Tauranga, after a long battle with illness. Aged 77 years. Dearly loved husband of Carol, loved father and father-in-law of Steven, Joanna and Stefan, Nicola and John, and loved Grandad Rog of Casey and Harrison, Joseph and Emily. Sincere thanks to Dr North and the Cancer Centre team, Hospice nurses, Hospital staff, St John Ambulance crews, and to Dr Haitsma for all their care. A celebration of Roger's life will be held on Friday 24th March at 11.00am at Hillsdene Chapel, 143 13th Avenue Tauranga followed by private cremation.
