Weather with SunLive and Rosalie

The Mount Cenotaph. Photo and video: Rosalie Liddle Crawford.

Today is mainly fine with light winds, and high clouds thickening.

It's a three-layer-of-clothing day with a high of 20 degrees.

If you're a pooch, head over to Memorial Park for a doggie pool party from 10am - 2pm and remind your humans to wear sun protection. The pools are closing for winter, so this is the last chance to splash around.

The Mount Cenotaph is still lit at dawn and has received a fresh coat of white paint in readiness for Tuesday's Anzac Day dawn ceremony. If you'd like to attend you can park at Blake Park and catch one of the buses to Mount Drury.

This morning I was joined by my niece Jenna Meredith as we watched the sun rise. Early morning on the beach followed by a cafe experience with family is a great start to a day!
