Passed away peacefully at home in his sleep on 23^rd April 2017 with family by his side aged 92 years. Beloved father and father-in-law of Willetta and Herbert, Caren and Martin, Audrey and Steve, Alice and Stuart, Robyne and Geoff, and their families, including Alie, the mother of Pete's children. 'You will always be the wind beneath our wings”. A celebration of Pete's life will be held at St Thomas More Catholic Church, Gloucester Road, Mt Maunganui on Friday, 28^th April 2017 at 11am followed by a graveside service.
