The 65 year old woman truck driver killed in a five vehicle collision on SH1, Lichfield yesterday was Jenny Hera Hughes of Hamilton.
Police were called to the scene at 2.15pm following a collision between three cars and two trucks at a road works site. The Police serious crash unit is continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.
