The man who died following a crash at the quarry in Welcome Bay has been named.
The 63-year-old was unloading a truck when it rolled.
He was initially trapped in the cab of the truck, but died at the scene.
The serious crash unit is investigating the crash and WorkSafe have been notified.
'Police's thoughts are with Mr Rowberry's loved ones at this difficult time,” says a statement from police.
