Passed away peacefully (after a short illness) on 9 December 2017 in his 89^th year at Tauranga Hospital. Dearly loved husband of the late Valmai Maunder. Much loved father and father-in-law of Patrice and Stephen Baronian, Keryn and Allan McKercher, Colin and Michelle, Bronwyn and Greg Nilsson. Loving grandfather of Jared, Natalia, Ryan and Matthew; Olivia, Heidi, Nathan and Alecia; Keri, Shayna and Jordan; Nikolas and Amanda, loved great-grandfather of eleven great-grandchildren.
