Police are appealing for information about a Sea Nymph stolen from a Tauranga property on July 15.

The boat had a 1986 Evinrude 70hp motor, coloured black and was on a 1978 single axle trailer with the registration number 61EUN.

This Sea Nymph was stolen on July 15.

The boat itself is described as a 1986 Sea Nymph Wasp, five metres long and of fawn and chocolate brown colour.

It has fawn decks and cabin, with red and white upholstery and two pedestal seats.

Senior Constable Adrian Howitt says police are still looking for the boat.
