Police have named the 18-year-old who was killed in a crash on Plummers Point Road on Wednesday.
Kruze Delma Waitohi Waaka-Skudder was a passenger of a blue Subaru that crashed head on with a truck near Bruntwood Drive at about 5.20pm.
Police are still investigating the crash which took the life of Kruze Waaka-Skudder.
While police are still investigating the crash, early indications are that the vehicle crossed the centreline into the path of an oncoming truck.
The vehicle was travelling towards State Highway 2 and the truck was driving in the opposite direction.
