A large fire in Oropi is under control now thanks to the fire service.
Firefighters were called to an address on Warner Road just before midday, where a shelter belt was on fire.
A fire service spokesperson says the fire was around 40 metres wide at its peak, but is now under control.
"Crews are now dampening it down."
Three fire crews and a rural fire officer attended the blaze.
