A crash on State Highway 29a at the Baypark roundabout is causing traffic delays.
A witness at the scene says traffic is really bad in both directions.
"The crash appears to be minor, but that combined with the road works in the area, the road is absolutely blocked.
"People would be best to use an alternative route."
