UPDATED 4pm: Welcome bay traffic on 15th Avenue is going to be slowed for some time following a nose to tail crash between Alexander Street and Grace Road this afternoon.
Two vehicles are involved and emergency services are at the scene. One vehicle was pushed onto the grass verge by the collision. The other was pushed clear by fire fighters.
The roadway is clear but traffic is slow moving past the scene. There are not at this stage believed to be any serious injuries.
