Traffic lights at Brookfield are out this morning.
A caller to the 0800 SUNLIVE newsroom says they passed the lights around 8am and they weren't working.
"They're orange and flashing, again," she says.
The fault is one of many to occur at the set of lights. Earlier this year in May and in January the lights were also faulty.
In January the lights were not working for several days.

Not good enough, whoever is responsible for city traffic lights, need to find out this ongoing ssue and fix it once and for all. This is a busy, complex intersection right next to a primary school- health & safety for our children and the many elderly who walk or drive through here. The citys roading infrastructure is already congested without these type of issues as well. Get it sorted
Rip off

Installed by Bodgett & Scarpa for hundreds of thousands. Signed off by a TCC executive on a six figure salary. Continual call outs and payments to another outfit who poke about and don't fix it. It's all a racket.

Maybe the lights are saying shut us down forever and revert to giveway rules seems to operate quite well this way.
