Serious crash - Coromandel

Emergency services are attending a serious crash on Kopu-Hikuai Rd, Coromandel.
Police were called at 3.16pm to reports of a two-vehicle crash between Kirikiri Valley Rd and Puketui Rd.
Initial reports suggest three people are trapped - their injury status is unknown at this time.
Kopu-Hikuai Rd is closed and local diversions are in place, as advised by NZTA.
