People travelling in the Thames area are being warned to expect delays following a truck crash this afternoon.
A truck has rolled, blocking one lane on State Highway 25, near Kopu.
The NZTA says stop/go traffic management is in place.
"Motorists are advised to expect delays. Motorists are further advised to be aware that the state highway will close about 4pm, for up to four hours, so that emergency services can remove the truck.
"Please plan your travel accordingly."
Delays
When the state highway closes, motorists will be advised to use the following detour: Eastbound (towards Hikuai): SH26, SH2 and SH25. Westbound (towards Kopu): SH25, SH2 and SH26.
