overdue for review

congrats to the winners. In my opinion the real estate industry in nz needs serious review. A personal experience involved my purchase of a house about two years ago. On moving date, the agent who sold me the house was not available at noon to provide the house keys.no keys from anyone at the agency so all the furniture movers were held up for hours. No apology. No avenue for recourse. This event begs the question, is this industry so overpaid in the fees they charge that they have a poor attitude to service? A review is overdue on the fees paid to sell a house in nz.Think about it in the context of the hugh house price increase in nz and how this industry charges the same % fees.Time for govt to act.
