One person has died following a crash on State Highway 33 near Okere Falls this morning.
The road is currently closed and cordons are in place on SH33 and Allport Road.
A police spokesperson says the crash involved two cars and one occupant has sadly died.
'Another occupant has received serious injuries.”
'Police advise motorists to avoid the area.”
The Serious Crash Unit has been notified.
