Police are turning to the public to help them locate a man and a stolen vehicle.
The man, pictured above, is allegedly the driver of a vehicle which failed to pay for petrol at Z Awakeri on December 29 2018.
Whakatane Police Senior Sergeant Yvonne Parker says the car, LBJ482 a 2006 Silver Mitsubishi colt, had been stolen from Rotorua on the 24/12/18 and is still outstanding.
'If anyone has seen this vehicle or knows this person can they please call police and refer to file 1901156986.
