Tauranga Police are asking the general public if they know who owns the suspected stolen bike.
The police has taken to the Bay of Plenty and Taupo Police Facebook page saying the Tauranga Police have recovered the pictured bike.
'It is suspected it was stolen from the Mount Maunganui area at some stage.
'If you or someone you know has had a bike matching this stolen bike, contact Constable Petersen at Tauranga Police 07 577 4300.”
