Update: Police received reports of a crash at the intersection of SH29 and Welcome Bay Road, Hairini, around 6.20pm on Saturday.

A ute reportedly rolled.

One person received minor injuries and was taken to hospital.

The road was briefly blocked but is now open.

Earlier - Saturday 6.50pm:

A Ute has crashed at the intersection of State Highway 29 and Welcome Bay Road on Saturday evening.

The accident happened about 6.15pm, and a SunLive reporter at the site says the southbound lane towards Oropi is now blocked, and it appears that there may be traffic delays.

Three police cars and one ambulance are at the scene.

Police have yet to advise if there are any injuries.
