A car is on fire on SH29 in the Kaimai Range.
A motorist reported to SunLive that the incident happened about 7.15pm on Saturday night, near the Old Kaimai Rd.
"The car was heading towards Hamilton, and had caught on fire. Police and a fire truck were at the scene."
The traffic has slowed down, and motorists are advised to expect delays.
Police have yet to advise of injuries.
