Traffic is delayed in Bureta this morning after a crash between a cyclist and a car.
A reporter at the scene says the cyclist was lying in the road and appears to have suffered a laceration to her face.
"Traffic was backed-up near the golf course on the other side.
"Police are at the scene."
A police spokesperson says the crash was reported by an officer around 8.40am.
"One patient. Ambulance has been requested.
"It's at the intersection of Ngatai and Bureta roads."
