A Kaituna River Rediversion and Maketu Estuary enhancement community update meeting will take place next week.

The meeting will take place at the Tukotahi Marae, 83 Ford Road, on Wednesday June 12 at 5.30pm.

In a post on Facebook, the Bay of Plenty Regional Council says work to partially re-divert the Kaituna River and make Te Awa o Ngatoroirangi Maketu Estuary healthier is progressing well, and ahead of schedule.
