As a concerned citizen, closely following the national and international news, I notice that there is a definite bias in media reportage no more apparent to an objective observer than in the US with the majority of newspapers and the major TV networks. Any claim of global warming and ‘highest temperature ever recorded in...' is emblazoned across the pages or quoted on television.

But when the present cold weather hit most states, the longest and coldest historically in the North West, little is heard from the media to question the validity of the calamitous threats to the future of the children of the world. Are they living on a different continent or is it at variance with their political agendas?
