One person is in serious condition after being pulled from the water at Pāpāmoa Beach on Saturday.
Police were notified at 4.55pm on Saturday of a person who was pulled from the water at Pāpāmoa .
St John Ambulance was called to the beach and one person was taken to Tauranga Hospital.
"The person appears to have had moderate injuries," says a Police spokesperson.
