Bang!

It is good to know that we have not yet quite come to this. And good to see that vigilance is being kept in case some wildly demented member of our society decides this is a good idea. I hope nobody in our community ever becomes so desperate for attention that they will resort to this. We know that boys like to experiment with things that go Bang! (I blew up some trees in our gully with home-made nitroglycerin when I was 14, but once the scientific enquiry was complete I moved on and grew up...I had friends who used sodium and sugar, stolen from school labs... I hope controls are much tighter nowadays...), but it is not normally targeted at people, and I hope it never will be.
