One person is facing charges over a police car fire overnight.
The police car was set on fire outside the Tauranga Police Station on Monmouth Street, Tauranga.
According to a police spokesperson, the fire was started on Monday, October 17 at "about 10pm".
"The vehicle received extensive damage," says the police spokesperson.
