Emergency services are responding to the scene of a vehicle crash on State Highway 2 at Aongatete.

"Police responded to reports of a single vehicle crash on SH2, between Thompsons Track and Lund Road at 11.55am," says a police spokesperson.

Police say at this stage there are no reports of injury or the road being blocked.
