Sh29 lanes blocked after truck rolled

UPDATED 11am: Two lanes in the Kaimai Ranges on Sh29 are blocked after a truck has rolled near the summit on the Tauranga side.

Emergency services were advised just before 10:15am of a truck on its side.

A SunLive reader says she is sitting in traffic backed up quite some way on the Kaimai Ranges and traffic is being advised down to one lane.

Police say no one is injured and the driver is out of the truck.

Two eastbound lanes are blocked. Traffic is moving, but delays are expected for around the next two hours.

EARLIER: A serious crash ha occured in the Kaimai Ranges on SH29.

Police received a report at 10.13am of a truck on its side near the Tauranga side summit.

Police and emergency services have arrived at the scene.

The driver is reportedly out of the car.

Have a quick look at the pictures I dont think the Kaimai are a straight road
