UPDATE: Flames and black smoke are being reported from a car fire in Bethlehem.

A caller to the 0800 SUNLIVE news hotline says the car was on fire on the side of State Highway 2, near the Moffat Road rouaboundabout.

The caller says is looks like all occupants are out of the vehicle and emergency services are at the scene.

People are advised to drive with care in the area and expect delays.
