Tauranga's Mr Energy has been named the personal trainer of the year as part of the New Zealand Fitness Awards.
Physical Impact owner Strini Naidoo was given the prestigious award at the national ceremony in the weekend.
Strini Naidoo says he is always full of beans.
Strini has trained many different types of athletes including fighters, bodybuilders, basketball players, runners, cyclists and triathletes.
