An Auckland woman has been identified as the person who was killed in a crash near Rotorua.

Lynda Anne Bailey died on State Highway 5, near Tapapa, after a car and cattle truck collided at 4.45pm.

“Police offer their sympathies to the 56-year-old's family at this difficult time,” says police.
