The Bay Oval will be hosting an Australia bushfire fundraiser for the Super Smash finals on Sunday.
Northern Districts have announced that all the gate proceeds from tomorrow's matches will be donated to the Australian bushfire relief efforts.
The SkyCity Hamilton Northern Spirit and Knights will play their final round-robin Dream11 Super Smash fixtures when Canterbury visit Bay Oval tomorrow.
While the Knights secured an outstanding win over the Auckland Aces yesterday, there is still plenty that needs to fall in their favour to extend their season into finals week.
The first task for the Knights is securing victory over the Kings; a significant net run-rate boost and other results going their way will then determine the Knights' fate.
The earlier game sees the Spirit go up against the Magicians and, with both sides out of finals contention, will be eager to ensure they end their season on the right note.
There will also be further motivation for Spirit opener Katie Gurrey, who will be looking to finish the competition as the highest run-scorer.
After finishing second in the run-scoring stakes last season, Katie currently sits in third-place on 395 runs; 35 behind leader Suzie Bates.
