Update 6.44pm: The Black Caps have wrapped up the ODI series against Sri Lanka this evening.
Playing in front of a capacity Bay Oval crowd the Black Caps bowled out Sri Lanka and wining the series 3-1.

Chasing New Zealand's 294/5, the visitors were bowled out for 258 in the 47th over. Thanks to a five wicket haul from Matt Henry.
Although Sri Lankan captain Angelo Mathews gave the visitors a slither of hope scoring an attacking 95. Although he had some help from Dinesh Chandimal 50 and Milinda Siwardana 39, Angelo eventually ran out of partners and had to hit out.

The Black Caps have made a strong start to defending their total in the fifth one-dayer against Sri Lanka this evening at the Bay Oval.
Chasing New Zealand's 294/5, Sri Lanka lost five wickets in their run chase.
Bay of Plenty's Trent Boult grabbed the wicket of opener Tillakaratne Dilshan for 5 runs and Dinesh Chandimal for 50. Matt Henry grabbed two wickets opener Danushka Gunathilaka, 15, and Lahiru Thirimanne, 2.
Adam Milne picked up the fifth wicket of Thisara Perera for 15. In the 34th over Sri Lanka were 161/5 with the required run rate just over 8 runs an over. Angelo Mathews was not out for 65 and Milinda Siriwardana yet to score.
The Black Caps currently lead the series 2-1.
