Tauranga siblings and playing pair, Ben and Sam O'Dea are winners at the Samila-Chang Asian Beach Volleyball Tour event at Samila Beach in Thailand.

They upset tournament favourite Iran pair of Parviz Farrokhi and Agha-Mohammad Sallagh in the final at the weekend to collect the top prize, $US3300.

The Asian Volleyball Confederation is reporting the O'Dea brothers showed 'excellent teamwork and exceptional skills defensively and offensively to narrowly win the hotly-contested first set 24-22”.
