It's funny that people assume the driver that T-Boned the car is at fault. Where is this instance it was the other driver that decided to beat traffic into the driveway while crossing the path of an innocent driver and their young child. That's why I'm posting this as the general public always jump to conclusions.
Great to know the facts

didn't know who was at fault and like other car accidents it shouldn't of happened ,may a lesson be learnt you don't get to where you want any faster or at all when you race traffic lights.

Does not really matter who was at fault. Clearly someone was not following the rules.......
I hope...

The pokemon didn't get away? [sarcasm]. Again... people have to BE AWARE when driving, looking, anticipating, driving to the conditions and concentrating. Anticipation means, just because your light goes green, doesn't mean floor it! You have to LOOK before you floor it... someone might be racing their red light or trying to send a text and not notice it. Hoon-da, if someone has a young child in the car, they should be extra vigilant driving. I say they are both to blame, obviously one is to blame for CAUSING the accident by some disregard for road rules, but the other less guilty [innocent?] driver is to blame for not checking it is clear to go.. green light/right of way or not. One is guilty of causing the accident and the other guilty of not avoiding it. All drivers need to be aware ALL of the time on the road!
