What’s on: Marine market

Sulphur Point is where the action is today with the Tauranga Marine Industry Association's Safer Boating Marine Market Day – and the yacht club's opening day for the new season.

The marine market promises a wide variety of water related good on sale from both commercial and private opeartors. Expect to see specials on kayaks, yachting equipment, marine engine parts and accessories, even mooring ropes.

Summer yacht racing resumes today. Photo: Supplied.

'If it relates to being on, in, or near the water this summer, it will probably be there,” says TMIA Chairman Jim McManaway.
