Labour Leader Andrew Little continues his visits to regional New Zealand this week with a meeting at Cornerstone Pub on The Strand in Tauranga tonight.
The pub meeting is part of his State of the Regions national tour and will see Andrew discuss local issues with Tauranga locals, plus how they relate to both national politics and Labour's plans for 2017.
A party spokesperson says so far the tour has received a great response from the public.
'He tends to speak for about 25 minutes outlining his vision and then takes questions from the floor.
'We've had a really interesting cross section of people coming along to these events. It's not just Labour Party activists, that's for sure.”
Good crowds have greeted Andrew so far, with more than 300 people showing up to a pub meeting In Christchurch, similar to the one being organized for Tauranga.
While a lecture hall speech in Dunedin attracted more than 400, and was reported by the Otago Daily Times as 'the biggest community meeting in memory”, adds the spokesman.
Labour Leader Andrew Little's State of the Regions tour stops in at Cornerstone Pub on The Strand in Tauranga today, Wednesday, March 1, from 5.30pm.

if it will be any different under the Labour watch. I doubt it. To busy bickering about the opposition instead getting on with the issues at hand that you have mentioned PLUS more. I really do not have faith in any of them, National or otherwise. All for their own retirement funds.
