Special thanks to the wonderful staff of Tauranga Hospital, Kathleen Kilgour Centre and Waipuna Hospice. A service celebrating Pat's life will be held at Omokoroa Community Church, 139 Hamurana Road Omokoroa, on Saturday 18 November at 3.00pm, followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to Waipuna Hospice, 43 Te Puna Station Road, RD6 Tauranga 3176, will be gratefully received.
