Several Tauranga homes have been left in the dark this morning following power cuts.
A total of 345 properties have been affected by outages in the Hairini area, while 66 are reported to be powerless in Brookfield.
According to Powerco, power should be restored in Hairini around 12pm and and should be back on in Brookfield around 8.20am.
The cause of the outage is under investigation, but the city did see strong winds overnight.
