One person has been arrested following an alleged robbery attempt near Katikati.
A police media spokesperson says the incident attended the incident on Main Road at about 10am.
'An offender unsuccessfully attempted to take a cash till from a shop.
'The offender left the shop but has now been located and taken into custody.”
