Motorists are being warned of delays on State Highway 2 following a crash.

A reporter at the scene says it is after SH2 and SH29 merge heading towards the city and before the Waihi Road off-ramp.

"One car has been turned around and is facing the wrong way.

"It doesn't look like any one is injured, they just look a bit shaken up."
