Cordons have been lifted around 3rd Ave following a suspicious package found at a building in Tauranga this morning.
Cordons were in place on 3rd Ave, between Cameron and Devonport roads.
Emergency services were called to the commercial address on Cameron Road around 8.30am.
A police spokesperson says the scene re-opened around noon.
