Manufacturers of the Bellini oven are recalling the product after reports of the glass door panel shattering due to mechanical stress.

The Bellini 60cm built-in electric oven, model B066026X-1, serial number range A020114200963 to A020114201115 (part of combo pack, product number BP160EE), Bellini 60cm built-in electric oven, model number B0610CX-1, serial number range and A020114100001 to A020114100153 (part of combo pack, product number BP460EC) models are all being recalled.

The manufacturer says these items were sold exclusively through Bunning's Warehouse stores from December 1 until February 5.

People are being advised to stop using the oven and to call 0508 123108 to arrange an authorised service agent to conduct an inspection of the oven's door panel.

If the door panel is determined to be affected, the entire door assembly will be replaced free of charge.
