Reports are coming in of a crash on Turret Road.
A caller to the 0800 SUNLIVE news hotline says it appears a car and scooter have collided near the Turret Road Bridge.
"People are helping the scooter rider, who is on the footpath.
"Police are also at the scene."
People are being warned to expect delays as emergency services deal with the crash scene.
