bp New Zealand has a new Connect site at the Bethlehem Town Centre.

The new station opened its doors to the public at 6m today.

'The opening of bp Connect Bethlehem reflects the growth we've seen in the Bay of Plenty area, and we're excited for Bethlehem locals to warm up with our quality, barista made coffee and try a Krispy Kreme doughnut," says GM of Retail and Assets Adrian McClellan.

The new site provides customers with four choices of fuel – bp Unleaded 91, bp Premium 95, bp Ultimate 98 and bp Ultimate Diesel.

Customers can also use the BPMe app, which allows customers to pay for their fuel from inside their car, as well as having pre-order their coffee before even arriving at the site – all designed to make the bp experience faster and easier.

Adrian says bp is committed to delivering more sustainable operations and are continually looking at new ways to improve energy efficiency at store-level.

He says this includes using energy LED lighting in the shop and forecourt, utilising recycled heat from refrigeration systems for water heating and collecting re-useable rainwater from the rooftop.

bp Connect Bethlehem becomes the 108th bp Connect site nationwide and the 9th bp Connect site in the Bay of Plenty region.

There are a further 104 bp dealer sites located around New Zealand.

From Te puna to Bellevue & Waihi road we have 6 gas stations to choose from, lets not mention how many coffee places as well.

More competition is good

We could probably squeeze a couple more stations into this busy stretch of road.
