One person is seriously injured following a crash on SH2 Waihi near the Old Tauranga Road intersection, a Police spokesperson says.
The single-car crash was reported to Police at 8.05pm this evening.
The Serious Crash Unit has been notified.
NZTA asks motorists to avoid the area, or expect delays.
