Tauranga locals and visitors can look forward to welcoming back some great public events this Labour Weekend.
Tauranga City Council general manager of community services Gareth Wallis says, it is fantastic to see the city's events calendar once again filling up with lots to see and do for everyone.
'As the community will no doubt know, the events industry has been significantly impacted by COVID-19 so to have events, large and small, back up and running in our region is incredibly encouraging.
'Labour Weekend is a perfect opportunity to get out and about, connect with friends and whanau and enjoy the wide range of great activities and events on offer this long weekend.”
