Bay of Plenty TelstraClear customers are experiencing issues with their email and website services today after the company ran into problems this morning.

A TelstraClear spokesperson says the company is experiencing issues with email and website services following a power outage.

The problems may include some delay in receiving incoming emails and sending outgoing emails.

TelstraClear says all emails have been saved.
