Tragically taken from us on 14 December 2020 aged 13 years. Dearly loved son of Seaton and Natasha. Cherished brother of Clayton, Mitchell, Aidan, Mason, Elise and Brooke. Beautiful grandson of Bob, Pat and the late Campbell; Bruce and Janet, Jackie and Dave.

Adored nephew of Dan and Jodi, Sharleen, Hailey and Matt, Rachel and Mike and a much-loved cousin.

Blake's funeral is to be be held at Tauranga Park, 383 Pyes Pa Rd, Tauranga on Monday 21 December 2020 at 10.30am followed by a burial at Pyes Pa Memorial Park.
